Return, Exchange & Repair Warranty Policy – Computer Lab
Device Repair Warranty
All device repairs completed by Computer Lab include a 3-month warranty from the date of repair.
This warranty covers faults related to the repair work or replacement parts installed by Computer Lab.
The warranty does NOT cover:

Physical damage after repair (drops, cracked screens, water damage, pressure damage)

Damage caused by misuse or accidents

Devices opened or repaired by another technician after our repair

New issues not related to the original repair
If a covered issue occurs within the warranty period, we will inspect the device and repair the issue at no additional cost.
Important:
The original invoice or receipt is mandatory for any warranty claim. Without proof of purchase or repair, warranty service cannot be provided.
Products & Accessories Exchange Policy
For products and accessories purchased from Computer Lab:

No refunds are provided.

Products can only be exchanged if they are faulty or not working.
If you ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, an exchange may be possible under these conditions:

The item must be unused and in original condition

All original packaging, accessories, and contents must be included

The original invoice or receipt is mandatory

The item must not be damaged or used
Customers are responsible for all shipping or delivery costs related to exchanges.
General Policy
Computer Lab reserves the right to inspect all devices and products before approving warranty repair or exchange.
