Shipping Policy – Computer Lab

Computer Lab ships products within New Zealand and Australia. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following shipping terms.


1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Locations

Computer Lab currently ships to:

  • New Zealand

  • Australia

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or confirmed before dispatch.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including costs related to exchanges.

International shipping costs may vary depending on package weight and destination.


4. Delivery Time Estimates

New Zealand

  • Major cities: 1–3 business days

  • Regional areas: 2–5 business days

Australia

  • Standard delivery: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier services and customs processing.


5. Signature Required Delivery

Customers may choose signature required delivery at checkout if they want the courier to obtain a signature upon delivery.

If this option is not selected, parcels may be left in a safe place according to the courier’s policy. Computer Lab is not responsible for lost parcels once they have been marked as delivered by the courier.


6. Tracking

Where available, customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers must provide a correct and complete shipping address when placing an order.

Computer Lab is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If an item arrives damaged during shipping, customers should contact Computer Lab as soon as possible and provide photos of the damaged package and product.

We will work with the courier company to investigate and resolve the issue.


9. Exchanges

For exchanges due to ordering the wrong product or change of mind:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • All original packaging and accessories must be included

  • The original invoice or receipt is mandatory

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange

Refunds are not provided.
